Tickets to events held by The Old Brewery Broken Hill, and in accordance with NSW consumer law:

Refunds:

Tickets are non-refundable.

In the event that you cannot attend the event that you have purchased a ticket for, you have the following options:

Transferring tickets to another person:

You may transfer your ticket by way of sale or gift to another person. However you will need to contact The Old Brewery and notify them of the ticket name change at least 24 hours before the event starts.

If selling your ticket onto someone else, the ticket is not to be sold at a higher price than the cost of the original ticket price.

Transferring tickets to another event:

You can transfer the event ticket to a later date for an event of the same value, however due to catering and staffing commitments, you must notify The Old Brewery at least 14 days prior to the event. The ticket must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date.
