Stall information & Conditions

  • Food sites are $35-$85, (NO COST FOR VENDORS WHO CAN DO ALL 3 DAYS FOR RAINBOW IN THE OUTBACK)

  • Smaller sites include cupcakes, cookies, small packaged foods. Larger sites include food prepared to order, meals, ect.

  • Must be council approved and follow and food law requirements.

  • Must provide and up to date food safety supervisor certificate and food handling certificates

  • Stalls must have appropriate insurance.

  • Stalls are not permitted to sell any beverages.

  • Food vendors must use sustainable food packaging.

  • Food vendors must take any rubbish and waste with them (excluding customer packaging).

  • All stall spaces are outdoor only, spaces are limited.

  • Stall holders have access from 9am but will be required to set up by 11:45am (Market Days)

  • Markets will be open from 12pm until 5pm. Please do not pack up your site until the market closes.

  • Car park spaces are limited with only one vehicle per stall allowed.

  • Conditions and pricing may be updated at venue discretion.

  • Rainbow In The Outback: 25th, 26th, 27th September 2026

    • Limited food vendor spaces available up (5 Large Vendors)

    • Friday 25th: 5pm until late (Venue closes 12am) Approximate Attendance 200-400 (ticketed 18+)

    • Saturday 26th: 6pm until late (Venue closes 2am) Approximate attendance 400-600 (ticketed 18+)

    • Sunday 27th: 12pm - 5pm Approximate attendance 400-600 (free event no age limit)

    • NO SITE FEE for food Vendors available to do all 3 days

    • Power $20 per stall per day (suitable for fridges, freezers, POS, use at own risk)

    • Water access is available to fill tanks but not to connect for constant supply.

    • Bump-In: Arrive Thursday 9am - 6pm or Friday 8am - 12pm (food vans must stay in place for the duration of the festival)

    • Bump-Out: Leave Sunday 6pm - 8pm or Monday 7am - 12pm
